Tables and chairs taken off Gazi sidewalks
Teams of City of Athens employees have spent the last couple of days clearing away tables and chairs that have been placed illegally on sidewalks in the capital’s central districts of Kolonaki and Gazi by cafe, bar and restaurant owners. It was the fourth time this year that municipal workers removed tables and chairs from Voutadon Street in Gazi and Haritos Street in Kolonaki, both of which are pedestrian walkways.
