Oliver Zammit…

Oliver Zammit (right), the father of a 20-year-old Australian tourist beaten to death on the island of Myconos in August 2008, enters a courthouse on Lesvos yesterday where the trial of a nightclub doorman charged with his son’s murder began. The mother and brother of Doujon Zammit, Rosemarie and Laurent, (center and left) also attended the trial of Marios Antonopoulos, who faces murder charges. Another three Greeks have been charged with assault and complicity to murder. Oliver Zammit donated his son’s organs, prompting an outpouring of public sympathy for his family.
