President Papoulias is sworn in for second term

President Karolos Papoulias, flanked by military officials, makes his way yesterday to Parliament where he was sworn in for a second term. After the ceremony in the House, Papoulias laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. A total of 266 of the 300 MPs voted for the re-election of the 79-year-old veteran politician.
