Iranian enters second month of hunger strike
Hamid Saddeqi, a 36-year-old Iranian refugee, marked one month of his hunger strike yesterday. He has been joined by 19 other protesters outside the offices of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Athens to draw attention to the fact that they have been waiting up to eight years for their asylum applications to be examined.
