Eleftherna on Crete…
Archaeologists working on an ancient site at Eleftherna on Crete have found a skeleton covered with gold foil. More than 3,000 pieces of gold foil were discovered in the 7th-century grave. Eleftherna is located in the foothills of Mount Ida, Zeus’s mythical birthplace.
