City revamp off with a bang
A building that used to house the Navy Veterans’ Fund crashes to the ground yesterday following a controlled explosion. The site will become a public square, said Athens Mayor Nikitas Kaklamanis, adding that the project marked ‘the start of a major change in Omonia.’
