Asylum seekers forcibly removed

Police removed some 100 Iranian, Afghan and Palestinian refugees who had been protesting for the last three months outside the UN Refugee Agency’s headquarters in Palaio Psychico. A prosecutor ordered the asylum seekers, who are demanding their applications be examined, be removed and those who had been on hunger strike taken to the hospital.
