Queen Sofia of Spain, President Costis Stephanopoulos (r) and PM Costas Simitis and his wife, Daphne, attended a special inauguration of an exhibition of work by Spanish artists at the National Gallery in Athens yesterday. The official opening of an exhibition of more than 100 works by Spanish artists, including works from Madrid’s national museum, the Reina Sofia, will be today. It will run through January 27, 2003.
