FIRST WOMAN IN PARLIAMENT: The success of Greek Rally candidate Mrs Eleni Skoura, who won a parliamentary seat in the Thessaloniki by-election last Sunday, was triumphant proof of the fact that the people who supported Field Marshal Alexandros Papagos’s movement and brought it to power remain a united force and, in fact, have increased their strength in the two months that the Greek Rally party has been governing the country.
