OPINION

A matter of honor

The Greek military missions in Afghanistan did not act without any help.

They had the assistance of Afghan nationals who, at personal risk, helped the Greek soldiers stay safe in dangerous territory.

The Greek state owes these people a debt of gratitude for their work and should provide them with shelter now that they are in danger.

It is a matter of honor.
