The poll by the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) that measures the business climate confirms that the digitization of the state has a direct effect on business.
The market, like citizens, has felt the big change. But there is also the other state, the central administration of the ministries and, above all, justice.
In that core part of the state, things are still moving at the pace of the last century. The government knows what it has to do.
