Food fight?
I find Simitis’s and Papandreou’s umbrage at the joint statement of support for the United States on Iraq highly hypocritical. As president of the EU, Simitis seemed to have no problem with France and Germany’s unilateral (bilateral?) declaration against the US on Iraq a week earlier.
