A delayed regulation
A comprehensive regulation of the short-term rental sector is already long overdue.
The Greek state should not intervene only to rationalize the taxation of this developing form of real estate use; it should also follow the examples of other European cities, which have set restrictions in order to protect the diversity of urban living.
