Jurisdiction lies with justice
Criminal acts committed inside Greek territory are in the exclusive jurisdiction of the country’s judicial system, regardless of the nationality of the perpetrators. The same applies for every other European country.
That is why the Greek state should not be led astray by those who, for their own reasons, attempt to politicize a criminal case.
It should not play their game by responding to provocations.
