Time to turn over a new leaf

It?s time to get over the taboos the dictatorship left us. The people know that ?law and order? are no longer a term of the junta, but a fundamental component of a functioning society.

We have allowed gangs to take over our universities in the name of asylum from police persecution. We have allowed illegal migrants to believe that anything goes in Greece, with the result that some of them become involved in organized crime rings that have taken over significant parts of major cities.

The situation has gone on long enough and the government should abolish asylum and impose the same regulations used by France and Italy for protecting universities. It should also persist with efforts to protect Greece?s borders, to reclaim the center of Athens and other big cities, and to impose the law on every level.
