TERRORIST ORGANIZATION: Hania, 24 (From our correspondent) – A group of police officers and village guards have arrested the outlaw Dimitrios M. Kontoconstantis (aka Stefanos) after a shootout in Deliana, Kissamos, on the island of Crete. The outlaw, who is from Athens, was active during the occupation and also during the Decembrist movement as a member of the terrorist group «Opla» (Weapons) in the Athens district of Koukaki. He had committed 10 murders and had been sentenced to death by an Athens court. He arrived in Hania in 1947 and joined the outlaw gang. GREEK MUSICIANS: The new board of the Union of Greek Musicians is as follows: President Manolis Kalomiris, Vice President M. Varvoglis, General Secretary A. Evangelatos and Treasurer A. Nezeritis. SNOW: The recent onslaught of cold weather is continuing unabated. The mountains of Attica, including Mt Hymettus, are blanketed in deep snow. Yesterday and throughout last night, there was severe frost, while Kifissia was covered in snow in the early hours of the morning.
