A failure form the get-go

Given how matters have been handled by the government so far, the cabinet reshuffle would have been a failure from the get go.

For instance, if it were a stock market move the outcome would have been a foregone conclusion and hence it would have been flopped.

The continued procrastination of this unresolved issue, with changes announced but constantly being deferred, can only have a destructive impact on the government’s work, which is already lagging in many areas.

The issue is no longer whether the reshuffle will be a major overhaul or not. The priority now is for those individuals who have demonstrably and consciously undermined the reforms that have been agreed with his Greece’s creditors to leave the government.
