Better late than never
The government is finally moving ahead with the installation of turnstiles at the capital’s metro and ISAP train stations and introducing electronic tickets to crack down on fare dodging.
The issue now is how the government will protect these new machines from vandalism by champions of the freeloader movement, given that several officials of ruling SYRIZA have expressed their public support for such “activists.”
