The Greek nation, now more than ever, needs leading figures representing it outside the borders of Greece. 

Archbishop Elpidophoros of America is one such figure.

His actions until now have vindicated Ecumenical Patriarch Vartholomaios who selected him as head of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. With him, Hellenism has acquired a strong voice.
