Smart support
The Greek state must do all that is fiscally feasible to support the country’s tottering businesses. However, it must channel this support in a targeted fashion.
The criteria already adopted must not be diluted.
The state must remember that the aim is to save jobs and rescue economic activities that, without the pandemic, would be healthy and creative.
Only such a smart support will ensure a better post-pandemic future.
