We do not think that the prime minister of an allied country… by the vagueness of his statements should have intimated that the legal government would commit excesses. MILK AND OIL: The distribution of evaporated milk for children for the month of December will begin the day after tomorrow. Children aged up to two years will receive 15 cans of milk each for 39,000 drachmas (for those with means) and 21,000 (for those without means). As of February 25th, 200 drams (640 grams) of olive oil will be distributed to residents of the capital in exchange for coupon No. 15 and 6,800 drachmas per ration.
