Why do the Israelis hit civilian targets?

In Pantelis Boukalas article «’Self-defense’ and prejudice» (July 25), he refers to: «hospitals, waterworks, medical supply units and residential areas – apart from those visited by US ‘peacemaker’ Condoleezza Rice – (as becoming) military targets.» Mr Boukalas, unless you have been living under a rock (or only have access to Greek media sources), you would know that it is common knowledge that Hezbollah hides its members and weapons among innocent civilians in places such as «hospitals, waterworks, medical supply units, and residential areas.» What should Israel do when these Hezbollah terrorists launch missiles at Israel from these civilian areas? Should Israel just take it on the chin? Shame on you and your yellow journalism. RALPH LANDRY, Athens.
