SERBIAN SUPPORT: Belgrade, 9 – The daily newspapers Politika and Borba have printed the following statement by Patriarch of Servia Vincent to the semi-official Yugoslav news agency Yugopress. «Starting with the view that every person and every Christian should be glad to support whatever will bring progress, peace and prosperity to the world, I hope that the Cyprus issue will be settled in the interest of peace on the basis of the free self-determination of the Cypriot people and human rights and that Archbishop Makarios will return to his flock.» CONSTANTINE LOGOTHETOPOULOS: The Nafplion community held its annual ball at the Acropole Palace Hotel recently. PRINCE MIKAZA: 8 – The youngest brother of Emperor Hirohito of Japan, Prince Mikaza, and his wife Princess Yuri arrived in Athens on Thursday and stayed for three-quarters of an hour at the Royal Pavilion at the airport at Hellenikon. Prince Mikaza, 41, is a very well-educated person and fifth in line to the Japanese throne.
