ROYAL RECEPTION: Their Majesties King Pavlos and Queen Frederiki gave an official dinner the night before last at the palace for a restricted number of guests, in honor of the visiting president of Lebanon, Camille Chamoun, and his wife. They then gave a large reception at the palace for members of the government, the diplomatic corps and many prominent Athenians. Also present were Prince Constantine, Princess Sophia, the parliament speaker and Mrs Rodopoulos, the entire cabinet, the court, the ambassadors of Nationalist China, the USA, France, Great Britain, the Soviet Union and others, former prime ministers Panagis Tsaldaris, Eleftherios Venizelos, Stylianos Gonatas, Panagiotis Kanellopoulos and Dimitrios Kiousopoulos, George Papandreou and military officials. GEORGE KATSIMBALIS: Two new bibliographies have been issued by George Katsimbalis: the Greek bibliography of the British poet T.S. Eliot and that of I. Makryiannis and P. Zografou. Eliot is the most translated and studied foreign poet in Greece in the past 20 years.
