Antetokounmpo top-earning European player in the NBA, according to Forbes

Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks is the highest-paid European player in the NBA for the 2018-19 season according to a survey published by Forbes, which also includes estimates for off-court earnings.

According to Forbes, “The Greek Freak,” who ranks seventh on the list, earned an estimated 43.2 million dollars this season.

Around 24.2 million of Antetokounmpo’s earnings came from salary and bonuses, while 19 million was generated through endorsements.

Forbes said LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers remained the top-earning player in the NBA for a fifth straight year, pocketing an estimated 88.7 million dollars this season.
