Comfortable win despite poor play
Despite putting in a mediocre performance, the men’s national water polo team defeated China with a comfortable score of 11-4 score in its opening match at the Men’s Water Polo World League in Montreal yesterday. Greece, which ended fourth in last summer’s Athens Olympic Games following a narrow 6-5 loss to Russia, will meet Germany today in a crucial encounter for a higher place in the tournament.
