Panathinaikos came from behind to win 89-84 in the Russian capital and maintain its lead in the group standings with eight wins in nine games. The two teams were tied after each of the first two quarters (19-19 and 40-40) but CSKA took a five-point lead (68-63) after the third. Guard Dimitris Diamantidis sealed the win with a three-pointer in the final seconds of the game.
