Big Euroleague clash in France
Aris and Pau-Orthez, both major contenders for berths in the Euroleague’s next stage, do battle in France tonight. The opponents, tied in Group C’s fourth spot with 5-5 records, lie one win behind Treviso and two ahead of Fenerbahce Ulker and Eldo Napoli. The top five teams from each of the competition’s three groups and the sixth-placed side with the best record advance. Aris coach Andrea Mazzon said his team would need to overcome certain injury problems in order to challenge its French host.
