World Gymnastics Championships…

Greek gymnast Vassilis Tsolakidis narrowly missed out on a medal at the World Gymnastics Championships in London yesterday, finishing fourth in the parallel bars final with 15,350 points. He was the only Greek to participate in a final in this championship, as Greece’s biggest names such as Lefteris Kosmidis and Vlassis Maras failed to qualify in their disciplines. The parallel bars gold medal went to China’s Wang Guanyin, who edged out fellow countryman Feng Zhe.
