Anniversaries and events marked in commemorative series of stamps
Philatelists, especially those who collect Greek stamps, will be interested in the new commemorative series, «Anniversaries – Events,» which was issued on April 25 and will be available from post offices until April 24, 2008, unless they run out earlier. «Collectors can have items franked at the Central Philatelic Office with the special First Day Cover commemorative postmark, providing they have affixed to them stamps from the set to the value of at least 52 euro cents,» according to a Post Office leaflet.
