Renzo Piano unveils major project
This Saturday will see the presentation of a large-scale architectural project as part of the Megaron Plus series. Italian architect Renzo Piano is scheduled to unveil a preliminary study for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center to the public at the Athens Concert Hall. The world-renowned architect – whose past projects include the Pompidou Center in Paris – has undertaken the construction and supply of equipment for three national projects: premises for the National Greek Opera, the National Library and the Educational and Culture Park.
