Don’t Come Knocking Comedy drama directed by Wim Wenders, starring Sam Shepard, Jessica Lange, Sarah Polley and Fairuza Balk. Howard is a washed-out actor: Aged 60, he spends his days mourning his past glory as a western movie star and kills time drowning his sorrows in alcohol, drugs and the company of young women. After hitting the road in an attempt to look up a former girlfriend, he discovers that somewhere he has a grown-up child. Seeing this as his only possible salvation, he sets out to learn the whereabouts of his offspring. (Star – 3.00)
