Director Yannis Kakleas brings Aristophanes’ “Archanians” to the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus on Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11. The ancient comedy takes a look at political corruption and the battle to restore peace in the city of Athens, which has been ravaged by the Peloponnesian War. The production, in Greek with English surtitles, is part of this year’s Greek Festival. Performances start at 9 p.m. Tickets range from 15 to 40 euros.
