Mediterranean culture takes center stage in a new international festival, “Mediterranean Traces,” in the city of Hania on Crete through September 9, with a focus on music, dance and film events as well presentations on the region's dietary habits. On Friday, August 28, singer Kleoniki Demiri will be accompanied on stage by pianist Neoklis Neifytidis in summery love songs from around the Mediterranean basin at the Kipos Municipal Cinema.
