Jewels | Athens | November 8
The Athens Concert Hall presents a transmission of ballet performance “Jewels” from Moscow’s Bolshoi Theater on Sunday, November 8. Inspired by French jewelry house Van Cleef & Arpels, the ballet features choreography by George Balanchine and music by Gabriel Faure, Igor Stravinsky and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The cast is led by dancers Olga Smirnova, Semyon Chudin, Vladislav Lantratov, Anna Tikhomirova, Ekaterina Krysanova and the Bolshoi corps de ballet. The event starts at 5 p.m. and admission costs 15 euros (8 euros for students).
