The Breeder Gallery in Athens presents an exhibition of works by Lausanne-born, Berlin-based artist Vanessa Safavi, who combines multilayered cultural and art historical references in the form of objects, materials and pictures, transporting them from the resources of her own multicultural background, her travels and her ethnological research. The show, “Amygdala,” was developed in collaboration with artist Stephane Barbier Bouvet. Opening hours are Tuesdays to Saturdays from noon to 6 p.m. The display runs to November 30.
