Vodafone, Wind Hellas to develop network sharing company

Greek mobile telecommunications providers Vodafone and Wind Hellas have announced the development of a joint venture with regard to antenna and network sharing.

According to reports the investment will exceed the sum of 200 million euros while the new company is expected to be staffed by about 600 people.

The heads of both service providers were expected to inform Prime Minister Antonis Samaras of their joint business plans on Wednesday.
