Coach services set for liberalization
KTEL coaches, which provide long-distance intercity transport services in Greece, are about to witness the liberalization of their sector in order to satisfy a longstanding demand by the country?s tourism industry.
The Infrastructure Ministry has announced a tender for a study to examine the state of the market in a number of European countries, although it is yet to complete the deregulation of Greece?s taxi and truck sectors.
