Banker urges Greece for more tourism with Turkey

Greece should cooperate more with Turkey in tourism to create revenue for its debt-ridden economy, Milliyet said, citing Ersin Ozince, chairman of Turkey?s biggest listed bank by assets, Turkiye Is Bankasi AS.

Turkish visitors to Greek sites, including the Aegean islands, will help lessen the country?s cash needs, Ozince said, according to the Istanbul-based newspaper.

Isbank is seeking opportunities for growth by buying out banks abroad, chief executive Adnan Bali said, according to the newspaper. [Bloomberg]
