Ellaktor to bid for Bulgaria’s Technoexportstroy
Greek builder Ellaktor SA bought tender documents for the sale of Technoexportstroy EAD, Bulgaria?s state-run design, engineering and construction company that built factories and utilities in Africa and the Middle East, the Privatization Agency in Sofia said in an e-mail on Monday.
Bulgarian firms Advance Properties OOD and AT Engineering 2000 are the other two possible contenders for the builder in the auction planned for May 2 with a minimum price of 68 million lev ($45.6 million), according to the agency.
