National Bank stock outperforms ATHEX

The 5.36 percent rise posted by National Bank of Greece stock was the most notable element in Thursday?s bourse session, during which the main index climbed 0.75 percent to 750.32 points.

The blue chip FTSE/ATHEX 20 index added 0.96 percent to close at 300.27 points.

OTE telecom gained 7.60 percent, while Hellenic Postbank declined by 7.69 percent.

In total, 71 stocks registered gains, 69 posted losses and 28 remained unchanged.

Turnover came to 49.3 million euros.
