UGS visits Posidonia
At the Posidonia 2012 international shipping exhibition on Wednesday, Union of Greek Shipowners Chairman Theodore Veniamis, who was heading a UGS delegation, stated that «the event?s success and global appeal is sending a strong message to the Greek and international communities that Greece was, is and will always be the home port of global shipping, which in turn provides the platform for the most important mode of transport for worldwide trade.”
Veniamis also hailed the «best and biggest Posidonia ever with more than 1,800 exhibitors from 87 countries.”
The 23rd Posidonia continues until Friday at the Metropolitan Expo, covering some 45,000 square meters across four halls next to Athens International Airport.
