NBG, union sign new three-year labor deal

National Bank of Greece, the country?s biggest lender, said it has signed a new three-year labor accord with its employee trade union, according to a statement.

The new accord ?will to a great degree accelerate the reduction of operating costs which will significantly contribute to the success of the bank?s restructuring plan,? according to the statement from the Athens-based lender. [Bloomberg]
