Jumbo bucks trend, boosts income year-on-year

Jumbo SA, Greece?s biggest toy and baby products retailer, on Monday posted a fiscal full-year net income of 97.3 million euros compared with 94.6 million euros a year earlier.

Sales advanced 0.9 percent to 494.3 million euros in the July 2011 to June 2012 period, according to an e-mailed statement from the Athens-listed company.

Jumbo reiterated its target for a full-year profit of 70 million euros this year, the company said.
