Kefaloyianni: Tourism is vital for the country
Tourism in Greece is a vital growth factor for the country as it bolsters business activity and creates jobs, Tourism Development Minister Olga Kefaloyianni told Bloomberg TV on the second day of the World Travel Market (WTM), the industry’s biggest annual fair held in London.
The new motto for the promotion of Greek tourism, “Gods, Myths & Heroes,” was presented at the opening of the Greek kiosk at the WTM, and is expected to appear mainly on the Visitgreece website and social media, according to the ministry.
