Latest fixtures at W/S 170 for 135,000 tons of cargoes for transatlantic voyages. – In the Med., rates are close to W/S 200 from Black Sea with a delay of about 24 days due to Bosporus congestion. – W. Africa has lesser inquiry. The 130,000-ton cargoes are fixed at W/S 155 with destination USA. – Aframax firm in Med. at W/S 250 out of Black Sea, W/S 240 for normal cross trips. – In N. Sea, rates have moved up with latest fixtures at W/S 235-240.
