Fraport wants current airport staff to participate in its project

Fraport chief executive Stefan Schulte told Kathimerini in an interview that the German company, which in a consortium together with Greece’s Copelouzos Group won the tender to operate, manage, develop and maintain 14 regional airports in this country, is eager to cooperate with the airports’ current employees and explain to them its plan.

He said Fraport would be happy if many of the existing Civil Aviation Authority staff working at the airports "decided to participate in Fraport’s mission."

He also revealed that Fraport is in talks with airlines, tour operators and others to support its plans for the 14 Greek terminals.
