Korea, at W/S 125, and Exxonmobil with M/T «Dynamic City» for 240,000 tons of cargo, loading June 24, discharging Japan, at W/S 122.5. – A very tight position for Suezmaxes in the Med. too. Alpine for 135,000 tons of cargo, loading June 24, discharging UKC-Med. / US Gulf, has fixed M/T «Da Ming Hu» at W/S 265 / W/S 190, respectively, while in W. Africa, Sun for 130,000 tons of cargo with destination USAC is negotiating around W/S 172.5. – Stable rates for Aframaxes in all areas. – In the Med., the 80,000-ton cargoes are being negotiated around W/S 200, and in N. Sea at W/S 150-155. – Repsol for 80,000 tons of cargo, loading June 9 Libya, discharging Spain, has fixed M/T «Meribel» at W/S 200. – In the Cont., BHP has fixed M/T «Nordic Yukon» for 80,000 tons of cargo, loading June 11, discharging UKC at W/S 155. – In Caribs, rates are expected to move upward from the present levels.
