Sea is similar, with 100,000 tons of cargo fixed at W/S 125 and 80,000 tons at around W/S 120. – Lukoil has fixed M/T «Overseas Portl.,» for 100,000 tons of cargo, loading Sept. 18, discharging UKC, at W/S 125, while CSSA for 80,000 tons of cargo, loading Sept. 14 Black Sea, discharging UKC, has fixed M/T «Petropavlosk» at W/S 115. – Caribs rates are also low, with the 70,000-ton cargo liftings fixed at less than W/S 150. – Chevtex has fixed M/T «Genmar Strength,» loading Sept. 13, discharging US Gulf, at W/S 145, while BP for same cargo, loading Sept. 8, with same destination, has fixed M/T «Album» at same levels. – Suezmaxes in the Med. out of Novo are fixed at W/S 145, while cross cargoes are fixed at W/S 130. – In W.
