Sunlight, the battery manufacturing subsidiary of mobile telephony and accessories retailer Germanos, has won a tender for the planning and installation of generators in electricity stations of the Public Power Corporation (PPC) on Aegean islands, worth 9.5 million euros. Based in Neo Olvio, Thrace (picture), Sunlight also produces batteries for industrial and military use, as well as generators and photovoltaic systems. It exports more than 1,500 products to 35 countries.
